I can confidently say Dr. Tsang actually cares about his patients. Having lived here for the last 4 years, I have been bouncing around from Doctor to Doctor with no luck of finding anyone reasonable or who actually cares about getting to the root cause of your problems/illness. I’m pretty sure both appointments when over, but that didn’t stop him from listening so intently and genuinely. He took the time to make sure he fully understood what I needed. I have already referred him to several friends. Happy to finally have a great Primary Care doctor!

I went to Dr. Tsang for a check up, and also explained a few concerns that I have with my health. He took his time and listened to me very carefully, did the necessary checks, and provided me with further information I needed to know. He definitely knows what he is doing, and fully satisfied my questions and concerns. When it comes to the waiting time, I arrived to his clinic 10 minutes before my appointment. His staff was quick and helpful, and got me in right on time. Thanks to Dr. Tsang!

Dr. Tsang has been my wife's Doctor for many years and my Doctor for nearly as long. His care, knowledge, compassion, professional discourse and Humanity are consistently wonderful. We chose our Health Insurance coverage specifically to have him as our Primary Care Physician. We are both are quite grateful to have as caring a physician as Dr. Ming Tsang. The staff at Dr. Tsang's office is equally as wonderful (Thanks Kevin!!!).

I already had an appointment with another doctor which I had to cancel after finding out they don't work with my new insurance. I luckily was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Tsang on a very short notice. His staff were very friendly on the phone and similarly in person. Dr. Tsang was professional, friendly and provided great medical service. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Tsang is communicative, knowledgeable, and has always taken his time to get to know me as a patient. He has always made it comfortable to explain issues thoroughly, with no interjections or judgement. Feeling safe as a patient, is extremely important. I wish I could still see Dr. Tsang, but I cannot because I changed my health insurance through a new job. I hope to be able to go back one day!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ming Li Tsang for over a year and continue to be thoroughly impressed with his and his team's level of care and professionalism. Dr. Tsang is an exceptional primary care physician who takes the time to listen and address any concerns with utmost clarity and empathy. His technical knowledge and efficiency in diagnosing and explaining conditions are commendable. A special shoutout to Kevin, whose outstanding support and kindness made the whole experience even more pleasant. The office atmosphere is welcoming, making you feel at ease right from the moment you step in. Appointment times are very accurate, I usually get seen within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and I am never pressured to finish faster. The doctor is very friendly so I have a good mood when visiting. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he has been patient with answering them all. I trust him. The office feels clean.

I have been seeing Dr. Ming Tsang for 3 years, and he consistently goes beyond simply checking boxes. He is deeply engaged in my care, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about my health and long-term well-being. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate same-day appointments when needed, which speaks volumes about his commitment to his patients. His administrator, Kevin, is also outstanding - kind, highly responsive, and very professional. I highly recommend this practice.
